Due to our previous success in the African market, we are continuing to prioritize Ugandans and Ugandan businesses. That’s why our Uganda team recently conducted bulk recruitments to improve local employment across all skill levels.
We prioritized equal opportunity for both men and women to ensure more women had the opportunity to join GCC Services in non-traditional roles. We also introduced several recruitment solutions to ensure labor is fair and equally distributed among the villages for unskilled and skilled workers.
We had over 2,000 people participate within the local communities. We received positive feedback from the community leaders about our past experience and partnerships with the local community.
