This award recognizes our excellence in labor relations

This week we were proud to receive a 3-star rating for the Taqdeer Awards which rewards our strong labor relations and staff welfare polices we have implemented across our business.
It was our first time entering this prestigious awarded from the government of Dubai. The Taqdeer award honors Dubai enterprises for implementing global labor protection best practices, enforcing the Emirate of Dubai’s laws by working to the highest rules and standards for employees in the Middle East.
To be recognized for the award we showcased our employment practices, labor policies, health and safety program and more labor practices as indicators to be recognized for this prestigious award.
Our employees have always been the key to GCC Services success, so being recognized for The Taqdeer Award within this category is an honor and creates a benchmark to what we stand for which is positive staff welfare.
GCC Services General Manager Ramzi and CEO CEO Rashad received the award at the award ceremony by the Minister of Human Resources, His Excellence Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, and Emiratization and Major General Obaid bin Suroor, Chairman of Taqdeer Awards.
The recognition opens new international opportunities which supports our focus on growth for the next few years.
